Christmas is around the corner and Vegan in Ireland is here to help you learn how to make some delicious plant-based Christmas dishes to impress your family and friends!
Learn how to cook a full mouthwatering festive Christmas dinner in only 3 hours!
The Vegan Christmas meal will include:
- A creamy and hearty soup starter
- A beautiful Closed Pie center piece
- 3 delicious side dishes using traditional Christmas ingredients
- A delightful Chestnuts and Pecan Dessert
- A festive Holiday Cocktail
Have fun in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy tasting all the dishes for yourself at the end of the class!
Total event duration is approx 4 hours:
Meet and greet: 15 min
Cooking Class: 3 hours
Meal tasting and socialising: 45 min
Tickets are refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the class. After that tickets are non-refundable.
The class takes place in Leopards Town: 2 minutes walk from the Central Park green line LUAS station.
Classes are led by Sivan Pardo Renwick, the co-founder of Vegan in Ireland, and the Vegan in Ireland team.
Sivan Pardo Renwick:
Vegan lifestyle expert, co-founder of Vegan in Ireland. Sivan is also the founder and director of The Vegan Woman, a popular vegan lifestyle online magazine with a following of over 100,000, established in 2011. She is an international speaker and workshop leader, lecturing on various vegan living topics. She is certified in plant-based nutrition by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and has been featured on CNN’s Eatocracy, Yahoo!, Vegan Weddings HQ, Vegan Views, Vegan Lifestyle magazine, RTE, The Irish Times, and other national and international platforms.
